Editorial Review:
Engineered to give your customers optimum photographic output, these UltraChrome pigment inks provide excellent resistance to water, fading and smudging. Their wide color gamut allows for truer, more realistic pictures. The gloss optimizer gives uniform gloss coverage for prints that look like traditional photo lab prints.
When your ink runs out, you want to be sure that your replacement ink cartridge is of the same high quality as the original. With Epson's T054420, you can be assured that you are getting genuine Epson quality. Designed specifically for your R800 photo printer, this yellow ink cartridge yields approximately 400 pages at 5% coverage, and is water, fade, and smudge resistant so your prints look better and last longer. Epson estimates a lightfastness of over 100 years, you can rest assured that your prints will be around for generations.

Compatible with the Epson R800 and R1800 photo printers
When it comes to ink for my R1800 photo printer, I am concerned with the quality of the images I print. The Epson yellow UltraChrome Hi-Gloss ink cartridge provides superior resistance to water, fading and smudging. It is important to me that my prints are of high quality, so I don't attempt to use the cheaper compatible ink cartridges. The color can be duplicated, but all inks are not created equal. Third party options may produce a good print initially, but may not hold up or last as long. PROS:

THE Ink for the EPSON Stylus Photo R1800
If you own the EPSON Stylus Photo R1800, this is the ink for you.
Good price and for R800 or R1800
Under $11 is a good price for the Epson ink catridges and they work for the R800 or R1800, which I have, a great printer. The description doesn't say for the R1800, but it is, says it right on the packaging. I've paid $13-$15 elsewhere when needed at last minute. I seem to use more yellow cartridges than any of the others.
Epson inks for R1800
Great product in every respect, but cost too much for what it is - ink.
