Wrong Ink for MP620 
Although this ink may be fine for the correct printer this ink does not fit the MP620 as Amazon suggests. The MP620 uses the CLI-221 color cartridges Canon 2946B004 CLI-221 4 Color Value Pack (Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow) and the 220 black cartridge Canon 2945B001 PGI-220 Ink Tank (Black). I have been very pleased with Amazon in the past but in this case they are incorrect.

Ink Multipack 
Amazon offers a good buy. Buying the multipack is much cheaper than buying the CLI 8 inks separately. These are genuine Canon inks, and do qualify for supersaver free shipping. A word of caution, unless you want to pay extra, Amazon is much slower in shipping than most ink companies. If you want your ink right away, you may want to pay for shipping or deal directly with Canon or an ink supply company.
