Horrible Customer Service
Okay, first off let me say that this TV (when working) has good sound and picture. However, this TV suddenly stopped working about a month after buying it. I called their customer service line since my TV was under warranty, so no big deal right? Wrong. They tell me that they dont have any local repair shops contracted for them and that I will have to pay for shipping to send the TV back to them. You get what you pay for...
I've owned this TV for right at 2 years and it started having significant problems not much after the 1 year warranty was up. The red in the picture has gotten progressively worse to the point that no amount of tuning the color's gives what I would call a good picture. In the last couple weeks, the unit has begun to do two things that pretty much put a fork in it. First it will randomly shut off for no apparent reason. NO STARS but Amazon makes yo pick one Worst TV I have ever had. Audio has never worked correctly.
Loadewd new firmware (which wasn't poste don the website) waited 5 days for anyone from Olivia to get back to me.
Know the audio doen't work at all! Great Paper Weight!

I am very happy with the product. It was delivered very quickly and the picture is amazing. My only problem is I can't sync my TIVO remote to it-but that is TIVO's fault for not having the brand on their list.
